i love butter cookies!

See me pat pat didi..

I love going up to didi's baby cot whenever he is not in there...

then mummy will ask me..
Asher, if you stay in didi's cot, where will didi sleep?

Then I will point to the bed and tell mummy
"there!"

and I will proceed to lie down in the cot
and act like I am sleeping there...
climbing up and down...

what an awkward position...

i am tired le lah...

The first time when i did it, mummy was taken by surprise!
and she asked me if it is for real, if i really poo and pee??
then I cheekily said: "mei2 you3...." Hahahha
playing with flower pots...
Mummy always praises me that I am such a good boy and good brother to Little Ayden!! :)
I learn to help support the bottle to feed Little Ayden milk milk... ...
I rush to pat pat Little Ayden when he cries... ...
I bring my bolsters, not one but TWO... to Little Ayden when I see that he has none... ...
I am willing to share my toys and pacifier with my little brother when Mummy ask me to... ...
I hardly fight for attention and thus helps make mummy's life much easier... ...though occasionally I still do.. hehehe... I am also BABY mah...baby Asher. :D

I am an aspiring NBA player!! Hahahaha

i want to play in the court...

holding on to the ball single handedly

I only left after mummy went off to hide at a corner...and I ran after to find her, after i waited and waited for some time...

Mummy's Voice: Last days of having AYDEN in me...

Contradicting as ever... ...

Finally the wait is almost over. If nothing goes wrong, we will be seeing Baby Ayden in just a day's time. Certainly hope that Ayden has not become too big to deliver naturally for me.

While I am blogging now, Ayden is moving around in me now...
Soon I will have to start Ayden's Blog too...i really wonder if I can keep up with it in future.

This pregnancy feels so different from the first one.
There are times I feel so guilty to little Ayden in me... ...

I felt I have so little time to really enjoy Little Ayden in me, to observe how you are and when Asher occasionally hits my tummy or sleep on it accidentally, I feel so bad for Ayden... ...
There are so many things I have to do on my own...carrying this up and down etc and sometimes they are heavy...and also the times when I had to carry Baby Asher you....all these I hope it didnt hurt your little brother, Ayden while he is in me.

I am skeptical about my ability to care for Ayden as well as I had cared for you, Asher...especially in the current environment and space etc...and things havent been the way we wanted it to be...but daddy & mummy are still trying hard...

I am skeptical about how long I can last to breastfeed you Ayden....whether I can do it at least as long as I did for your kor kor Asher...

Asher...and for you, I am upset that Other than mummy, no one else even daddy is trying to follow what mummy wants to do for you...it makes teaching and learning inconsistent for you...just like sleeping patterns etc...

just like what happened this morning...
why why why...

The few days I followed Daddy & Mummy out for work from Morning till Night

26th Evening to 7th Dec evening... ... The days Gong Gong & Po Po been away... ... My Wai Po supposed to be around to help care for mummy while she and daddy work... However, just on the night before the crucial weekend (4th, 5th, 6th and 7th Dec) which are the days daddy & mummy are expecting a "guest's" arrival ... ... Wai Po literally packed her bag and went off after some huge arguement with Mummy... ...

Instead of relying on others, Mummy decided to just bring me along as they worked... ... Well, even Family Members cant be relied on...so what the more?!

靠人不如靠己。妈妈现在非常了解这句话了。

So many instances to show... so mummy has really learnt her lesson that doesnt mean when you take others into consideration in your planning, doesnt mean others will do the same.
So mummy please WAKE UP!!!!

Daddy has always said, even immediate family members, dont expect them to help with anything. Whatever we can try to do, can try to solve, do it on our own...no matter how tough it is... ... that was why he asked mummy to bring me along for work, rather than sending me to Uncle Felix and Auntie Angie's place. Rather than requesting for folks to come back earlier since we have already done so, don't do it anymore... ...

Anyway, also simply because of what we went through this few days as a family of 3 + 1 (Daddy, Mummy, Baby Asher Me and Didi in mummy) that reaffirms mummy's decision to name didi AYDEN. it has become so meaningful for us now just like when mummy named me Asher back then.

A typical day from 4th to 7th Dec...

sleep
wake up

sleep again

this was when we had dinner
luckily the restaurant we went to had nice waitresses
they played with me...

i was reluctant to take off my jumper...
mummy says i am too tall for it le...

throwing tantrums at farm..
i want daddy!!

playing in the car to pass time...

enjoying the evening sun and my ribena...

Mummy remains simply amazed at how we overcome everything together and survived these few days without our folks' or others' assistance. She never knew she can do it. This is far from just being the independent self she know of herself...she understood it took baby asher's cooperative side too. And she is so pleased with me. ;p

I had been a great boy!!
I tried my best Mummy... because I love you & daddy!!!

Mummys' Voice: Too many things to do, too little time

Days are falling short...
Still have so many things to do...
Crucial weekend coming up and no one's avail to help much...

just Asher alone takes up so much of my time...
it's a bad timing for all to take place at this period...

i hope i can get it over...

Mummy's Voice: Getting On My Nerves!

Asher is so clingy these days...

Heard from people that toddlers their age actually knows that they have a little sibling coming along and will fight for attention at this stage when I am almost due for delivery anytime...

so perhaps that plus the fact that alvin parents are away, he has become super clingy these few days... ...

"Mummy", "Mummy", "Mummy"... ...
"Daddy", "Daddy", "Daddy" ... ....

for every minute here and there...
we even have difficulty going to the bathroom....
he will pull onto our shorts until the shorts is probably going to come off....

I certainly hope this clingy aspect will go off soon...

Beginning of my 11 days without Grandpa & Grandma

26th Nov late afternoon... ...
Grandpa, Grandma, En-En and U-U and their parents, all left for the Kelong...

I was supposed to go, but just few days back when Mummy finally told Grandma "OK, just bring Asher along", despite having expressed her reluctance of the long 11 days trip...and the possibility of me missing out Didi's arrival... well it made more rational sense for me to go, so that mummy could get things done in my absence....and she also feel bad to reject grandpa and grandma...since it had been in vain to get them to come back earlier...

So what happened? Why did Asher, me..remain in SG and did not depart for the Kelong just as planned?? Well, because recently an Indonesian ferry sanked admist bad stormy weather and suspected overloading which is common on Indonesian ferries... ... So Grandpa and Grandma said better not bring me since weather is stormy, waves are strong and furthermore should anything happen, there wont be any life jacket suitable for me... .... so i ended up staying in SG loh...

So 26th November marked the start of my 11 days without Grandpa and Grandma... ...
27th was the tricky day...cause Mummy had a last car delivery and no one can care for me...

(1) To leave me at home with Wai Po(Mummy's Mummy) since Wai Po is coming over on 26th night and stay over for couple of days, but mummy is worried I will be fussy and not ok with Wai po...
(2) Bring us both along to do the delivery...but she got to fetch the customer from the MRT station leh...how?? And it is not very nice too...

Eventually, mummy arranged for the delivery to be done during my nap time. Usually I will nap for 2 hours plus...so she made sure I didnt go to bed too early on 26th Night, and yet wake up early on 27th morning so that I will have a good nap at 1plus to about 4pm... ...during that time she "sneaked out" to do her delivery and rushed back before I wake up.... GENIUS! ;p

Then today 28th Saturday, home alone with just mummy and I, because Waipo went back to Uncle Felix place and will return only sunday evening...

I began my saturday... ...
sitting on the potty, watching my favourite disc...

as I had no diapers on,
mummy changed several shorts for me as I pee couple of times...

I was really serious about learning to play the guitar...
the broom is my acting guitar...

Mummy has to play along with me too

Then it was bathtime...
together with Golden and Silver...
my FIRST TIME!!!
Mummy says they need a bath badly le...

I was happy and absolutely ok with bathing together with them..
I tried to help by always putting in place a yellow pail of water for mummy...

you can see GS are happy too!!
:)

Me too!!
Though it is tiring, but mummy is happy
that she can bathe 3 of us together!

Then after i took my mail and nap, it is playtime

with my stacking blocks...

snack time and it is yoghurt!!

i love yoghurt!

This is my dinner time

my dinner steamed codfish with beancurd and carrot
I finished my dinner before daddy come home...

Then it is daddy and mummy's dinner time!!
Mummy thinks it is an achievement today as she did alot of things eventhough it was just her and baby asher me at home, with no other helper.
She did the laundry and bathed GS, washed the backyard etc and did every daily thing for me on her own, yet managed to cook dinner for us. :)
Daddy was feeling unwell today... he vomitted at work. Mummy felt sad, kind of heartpain... ...
Baby Asher too.
We love you daddy!!

Go Go Bambini

13th Nov Fri!

My trip to Go Go Bambini together with Granma and Mummy!!

I kept following a Jie Jie who wore jumper suit, around.

Grandma says because she looked like the JIE JIE in "The wheels On the Bus" disc that I been watching recently...

I climbed halfway through the "tunnel"....

and asked for help....asked mummy to save me!! BooHoo..

Fearless of height...

After that I knowcked out at home...

My recent pictures

When it is meal time, mummy will always ask me to go up to my high chair.
Just that unlike before when I have to be carried into the high chair, nowadays I climb into it on my own.
And I love RICE. Simply just rice. :) put too much gravy and I will spit out the food into the bowl.
I Love soup too..

I drink my soup straight from the bowl...

on my own....not spilling much most of the time

slow and steady...
I will say "draw", "draw"... in a bid to ask for my crayons, color pencils and paper etc...
but generally I end up drawing all over the floor... ...even when mummy gave me lots of paper...
luckily they are easily washed or wiped off...
playing with the phone...while holding onto my pencils..

i go..."hello", "hello" non stop...

back to drawing and scribbling...
mummy will always correct me to use my right hand...

see the "bear"
i will say "bear"!!

a drum that my grandpa bought for me....

drumming is one of my favorite and daily past-time.
I must always carry my drumset up and down with me,
be it in the room or living hall... hehehe

See that's a video of me drinking the bowl of soup on my own...after a mouthful, I will go "ahhh"...like super enjoy loh.... :)
